organizational well-being consultations, facilitation of workshops in team building, change management, leadership development and cultural awareness.


Coaching services for individual employees:

A coaching session will typically take place as an interactive conversation between the coach and the coachee (person being coached). As a coach I presume that people are much more likely to achieve their goals with solutions that they have come up with themselves, rather than those that are “brought to them on a plate” or “strongly suggested” to them!

Coaching focuses on helping you discover answers most relevant for yourself, to identify your strengths, skills and passions, to depict possible obstacles and take advantage of opportunities.


Coaching for professional development

A good coach can hold up a mirror in which you can see yourself and your situation with newfound clarity. Career coaching focuses on your professional growth and development. It enables you to improve your awareness of your goals, objectives, strengths, desires, aspirations, barriers, etc. It may include improving your performance in your current role. It may also focus on reframing how you view your situation to enhance your satisfaction or reduce your stress.

The most important thing coaching can provide is understanding and clarity – both of one’s potential, client’s past accomplishments and on future goals. Working with a coach will help facilitate a broader perspective on your situation and how you respond to it. As your coach I will work with you to uncover that clarity, help you set goals and plan for their execution.

Business coaching

Business coaching is a professional way of developing people’s skills and abilities, and of boosting performance. It can also help deal with clients’ issues and challenges so that they do not become major problems. Professional coaching is carried out by a qualified professional who works with clients to improve their understanding of themselves and the world around them, to identify the client’s strengths and their approach to tasks and change in order to improve effectiveness and performance, and through that to help them achieve their full potential. 

Coaching for well-being

We are making tens of decisions every day that impact our well-being and our ability to function optimally in our lives. Enabling enduring behavior change offers an enormous opportunity to practically improve our daily lives. Continuing on our chosen path, enduring in striving for development, being gritty and having self-control in the face of daily obstacles, challenges ad temptations, and rebounding from failures are not easy. However, there are ways that we know from science that make it easier for us to make it happen. The question is, what are these ways that can put you in the driver’s seat, as opposed to being driven by your temptations? Well-being coaching offers mental support and psychological education to help you achieve your goals.
